Rachna Mukherjee is CHRO India and South Asia, Schneider Electric. She carries diverse experience of over 30 years in cultural and strategic people transformations in organizations.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she was Vice President HR at Aircel Ltd. Rachna has played key strategic roles in organizations such as Microsoft, IBM, Escotel Mobile Communications, NIC and Blue Star – Hewlett Packard.

Rachna is a certified Executive and Life Coach from International Coach Federation and certified to conduct a series of leadership and employee development interventions.

Rachna is the recipient of the “HR Leader for Diversity & Inclusion Award” – 2018 & ‘’Woman HR Leader of the Year Award’’ – 2016 from Business World and the HR Leadership Award – 2010. Recently, a coverage appeared in BW People wherein Rachna has been featured as one of the Top 20 most influential women 2022, among various industry stalwarts and leaders.

Rachna is an Electronics & Electrical Engineer from BITS – Pilani & after her contribution to Engineering roles, she moved to Human Resources.

Rachna has deep and rich experience in steering Strategic HR. Her areas of expertise for mentoring include developing leaders, talent management and succession planning, cultural transformation, M&A related people integration, organisation design, learning and development, DEI, Well Being, and performance management.
