Dwaraka brings a rich and varied experience of five decades in Engineering, Chemicals, Pharma, Consumer goods, Healthcare, and Insurance sectors in the arena of General Management, Leadership development, Human capital, Legal and Corporate Governance. He was the Chairman of GSK Consumer Healthcare and associated with GSK over four decades in several roles. During his tenure, GSK was adjudged as one of the India’s “Best Employers” for several years. He has held Board/Advisory positions in various organisations and also actively associated with Max and Shriram /DCM Groups. He has coached and mentored many business professionals including the HR professionals during last 25 years.

He has held several management positions in the various professional bodies. To name a few, he was the President of National Human Resources Development Network (NHRDN), President of Delhi Management Association (DMA), Regional President – Northern Region of All India Management Association (AIMA) and currently Treasurer of AIMA. He is a fellow of AIMA.

He has received several prestigious awards for his valuable contribution to the business and also in the field of Human Resources and Leadership Development From GSK International, MAX Group and Professional bodies.
