The theme of the conference was: Responsible Leadership in a fragmented world – Rethinking corporate purpose and people practices.

The keynote speaker was Mr. TK Srirang, CEO and MD ICICI Securities.  

The panel discussion included Dr Ritu Anand, Former Chief Leadership and Diversity Officer, TCS; Mr. Sudipto Marjit, Group CHRO Tata Autocomp; and Ms. Madhavi Lall, MD HR Head, Deustche Bank AG, and was moderated by Mr. KS Bakshi.
