Dr Pritam Singh Foundation 5th Annual Conference 19th to 21st November, 2025
The Dr Pritam Singh Foundation (PRISM) successfully conducted its 5th Annual Conference 2025 in Delhi, from the 19th to the 21st of November. The theme this year was: “Responsible Leadership in a Disruptive World: Geo-politics, Technology & Circularity.”
The Conference was hosted by the FORE School of Management, Delhi. The inaugural on the 19th of November was conducted with much panache at the Holiday Inn, Aerocity. The inaugural sessions commenced at 9.30 am with the lighting of the lamp. Dr Subir Verma, Director, FORE School of Management, welcomed the delegates to the Conference. This was followed by the inaugural address by the President of the PRISM Foundation, Mr P Dwarakanath.
The event was attended by a stellar line up of dignitaries.
The Chief Guest was Dr T. G. Sitharam, Chairman, AICTE, Govt of India; The Keynote address was delivered by Mr Krishnan Ramachandran, MD & CEO, Niva Bupa.
A practice that was started in 2023 is the conferment of the Dr Pritam Singh awards for Lifetime Achievement and Transformational Leader in both Corporate and Academic fields. This year, the awardees were, as follows:
Corporate awards:
- Lifetime Achievement award – Mr RP Singh, DIRECTOR (HR & LEGAL), IFFCO
- Transformational Leader award: Mr Pankaj Bansal, Co-Founder & Managing
- Partner at Caret Capital, Co-Founder, Taggd
Academia awards:
- Lifetime Achievement award – Prof (Dr) KRS Murthy, Former Director – IIMBangalore
- Transformational Leader award – Dr T. G. Sitharam, Chairman, AICTE, Govt of India
The inaugural day also saw three panel discussions.

This year also saw the addition of a new Panel – The Ambassador’s Lens: Leading Responsibly Amid Global Disruption, led by Mr. Nalin Mehta, Managing Editor, Money Control.
One of the much looked forward to features of the Conference is the Emerging Leaders’ Competition awards. Young leaders from across disciplines are invited to submit innovations in their workplace. The winners this year were Ashok Leyland Limited, Ennore. The first and second runners up were – L&T Precision Engineering & Systems, Surat and IIT, Delhi, respectively.
The second day of the conference saw technical sessions and competitions in research papers at the FORE School of Management.
