HR Round Table Conference, Hyderabad – 29th August 2025
The theme of the conference was: AI, Ethics and Future
The driving forces behind this Round table was Dr Vipul Singh, People Director and HR Head, Lloyds
Technology Centre, India and Dr Ravi Kumar Jain, Director, School of Management, IILM Gurgaon.
The opening address was given by Sri Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Speaker, Telangana Legislative Assembly. The Keynote speaker was Sri Padmanabhaiah Kantipudi, IAS, Former Chairman, ASCI.
Two lively panel discussions centering around the theme focused on the pros and cons of AI.

Panel 2: Human centred AI – Why leadership matters more than ever
The discussions were lively and relevant with a lot of audience participation.
This year, IILM and the Dr Pritam Singh Foundation collaborated to conduct HR roundtable conferences in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
