Dr. Pritam Singh Foundation is a registered trust established by friends and well-wishers of Dr. Pritam Singh.

Seema Bangia has been working with Mahindra Defence Systems Limited (Agri, Aerospace and Defence Sectors of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited) as “Chief People Officer”. She has joined Mahindra Group in the year 2012 as Head – HR– Mahindra Defence Systems Limited. She is a member of Mahindra Defence Systems Limited Board of Directors. She is heading Human Resource function of both Domestic and International Operations. She has more than 30 plus years of industry experience.
She is a Certified Coach from Erickson Coaching International.
In her stint as Head –Human Resource she played vital role in building strong HR processes and enabling benchmark employee engagement levels in business units of Defence Sector at Defence Land Systems, Naval Systems Limited, Homeland and Cyber Security (Mahindra Special Services Group and Home Land Systems), Mahindra Telephonic and Integrated Systems, Mahindra Emirates Vehicle Armouring and Mahindra Simulator.
Prior to Mahindra, she has worked with Carlsberg India, ZTE Telecom, Canon India, Keane Inc. (Formally Metamor Inc.), Lucent Technologies, Motorola Information Systems, Arthur Andersen, Nestle India, Triangle Camera Inc., Chicago.
Seema Bangia Graduated from Delhi University in Economics and Business Studies. Also, specialized in Human Resource Management (2 years’) from First Business School, Chicago, USA.
She is a certified by Thomas International for Psychometric Evaluation, Association of Psychologists for different psychometric tools. Also, certified in SEI CMM implementation training, P-CMM assessor training, Six Sigma Small Group Activities with DMAIC approach and In-house Trainer for various Management Competencies.
She has Co-authored a book on Management Competencies – 18 Management Competencies – A Business Professional Cannot Ignore.
A proud Rotarian – Initiated many Social Welfare Projects – served as a President of one of the prestigious Clubs now serving at the District level.
